SPD began in 2017 when Tim Sommer and Rob Walters founded Signature Project Delivery (SPD) with a vision to reimagine construction services. Since then, we have experienced growth in every market sector we serve, earning the trust and repeat business of our clients. Build Them Up Foundation is SPD’s non-profit fundraising organization, established in 2021.
Each year we choose a community organization in which to serve through a fundraising event.
