Founded as Signature Project Delivery (SPD) in 2017 by Tim Sommer and Rob Walters, SPD has experienced steady growth in each market sector and repeat business from every client since inception. The partners have combined over 30 years of experience, successfully completing more than $1.2 Billion of commercial projects, to build upon the respect earned and relationships developed over that time. At SPD, we are consistently our client’s top advisor from project inception through feasibility, design, construction, and occupancy.
